What time is check-in?
Do you allow late checkouts?
Based on availability; a surcharge may apply.
What methods of payments do you accept?
Cash and all major credit cards. Direct Billing is available on approval for groups and catering.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel and allow pets in our standard guestrooms. An additional charge of $10.00 per pet per night will be applied and all local pet by-laws must be adhered to.
What is the minimum age requirement to rent a room?
19 years old.
Do you allow outside catering for meetings or events?
How many people can I have in my room? Is there an extra charge?
Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional guests 16 years or older incur a $10 charge; maximum occupancy is four people.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Yes, we have one wing of smoking guestrooms. Ontario law prohibits smoking in public areas including restaurants and banquet rooms.
What is your cancellation policy?
4:00 p.m. on day of arrival for individual reservations. Groups are based on the contract agreement. Please contact the sales department for more information regarding group cancellation policy.
Do you provide cribs, cots, or rollaway beds?
Yes, we provide rollaways and playpens. Playpens are complimentary and rollaways are $13.00 per night plus applicable tax.
Do you have special rates for AAA or seniors?
Yes. Please request at time of reservation and present your CAA/AAA card or CARR/AARP upon check-in.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, parking is complimentary for all guests.
Do you have a restaurant and lounge?
Yes. The River Rock Bar and Grill is open daily at 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. for breakfast. Dinner is available starting at 5:30 p.m. daily.
Do you have a business centre?
A complimentary computer is available in our lounge, and our front desk staff can assist with photocopying, scanning, faxing, or shipping arrangements.
